I enjoy working at Baxter. Happy work life. A typical day is collaborative and challenging. The culture is innovative that encourages questions, conversations and new ideas from everyone. Prime element over here is, we can speak up all to any level of organization.

*Constant pressure of management.
*Zero to little training.
*Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion.
*Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career.
*Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation.
*Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished.
*6 day workweeks constantly
*No direct support from management.
*Shortage of people in all departments.
