Decent pay for the area, flexible hours for part time
Cons
Lack of organization, lack of concern for employee time, large and always full parking lot, short breaks. Clean room employees must clock in ten minutes early in order to be on time and break time doesn't give any grace for having to get in and out of garb (makes a 15 minute break into an 8 minute one at best).

*Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished.
*6 day workweeks constantly
*No direct support from management.
*Shortage of people in all departments.
