      Most of the people who work here seem to care about the patients the products use. Mid-level managers seem to care about their employees

      Cons

      Top tier leaders do not care about the people under them. However, the new CEO is too new to tell.

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Cons

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
