It is unfortunate that you feel you did not experience the best consulting has to offer at BearingPoint, however, the nature of the industry often means there are times where staff are required to be on the bench between projects. During these periods BearingPoint ensures all consultants have the opportunity to support various business development and pro-bono activities, as well as take advantage of the wide array of learning and development opportunities that are on offer.
