Thank you for sharing your feedback - we’re pleased to hear about your positive experience with the company. Regarding your comments on rewards and benefits, we’d like to offer some context: • Pension Contributions: our employer pension contributions are positioned at the top end of the market, reflecting our commitment to long-term financial wellbeing for our employees, and we receive very positive comments from both staff and candidates on pension as well as all our benefits. • Stock Options: We understand stock opportunities can be important to some, and we aim to be transparent — this is not part of our offering, and this would have been communicated during the recruitment process. • Reward Scheme: We are not sure if you are referring to our Bonus programme or our Long-Term incentive programme here; the bonus programme is designed to reflect individual performance and impact. We regularly review it to ensure it remains fair and motivating. The Long-Term Incentive Programme is a generous reward scheme available to eligible employees on a three-year cycle, and again, feedback from staff on both these schemes is positive. Thank you again for your feedback.

Pros

Good pay, good location, other employees are good to work with.

Cons

This organization is deeply mismanaged. The four U.S. partners are consistently at odds with one another and unable to collaborate, often dragging employees into their conflicts. The lead U.S. partner regularly makes inappropriate, sexist remarks, despite being a father to daughters, creating a hostile environment. Employees are encouraged to report issues to HR, but concerns are routinely dismissed, and no meaningful action is taken. Speaking up only puts a target on your back, several employees who voiced concerns were included in subsequent rounds of layoffs. The global leadership team is fully aware of the ongoing dysfunction, especially at the partner level, yet chooses to ignore it in favor of their own career advancement. This lack of accountability at every level makes for an incredibly toxic and demoralizing workplace.
