      Pros

      I get a paycheck every 2 weeks

      Cons

      Unreasonable work loads and deadlines making it impossible to succeed. Buildings are overloaded with people which may exceed code limits. If you don't get to work at 6AM you may not find parking and have to ride a shuttle to a remote parking lot. 12 hour days 5-6 days a week are the norm. Very cut throat environment, like being in a snake pit.

      Renowned and big company , good benefits.

      Cons

      All the project sent to India as most of the management controlled by them. They don’t value real merit just look which is cheap. indian are get trained by qualified us emplyee than indian get the job and promotion but qualified usa employee get no promotions. Now india has more project than usa, coworkers says its now run by indian maf!a Everything now a days they do very cheap- example- company party or coffee mug.
