      Pros

      Great pay and benefits, which i got from day one. After lay off, kept benefits for 3 more months. Met some really great people.

      Cons

      Was offered the job in January, start was delayed until April, in July it was announced the project was on hold. By the end of July the project was completely shutdown, by the end of August was out of work.

      Good culture focused on the employee.

      Cons

      They don't want to do remote work anymore, and are willing to let good employee's go to enforce it.
