      Work in the T&D lab, which has flexible hours. Pay, nenefits and bonus are good if you are top employees.

      Cons

      Company size is so big, and therefore sometimes it's hard to know/reach to the right department for issues.

      Pros

      9/80 schedule, every other Friday off. 401k match is decent but long vesting period. A lot of ERGs and events for people.

      Cons

      Employee morale is not what it used to be. Cafeteria is not great, food and the prices. Career development is slow, unless you get lucky.
