      Pros

      The pay was a little above average, benefits from Textron are good, very cool scenery (helicopters) constantly flying in and out.

      Cons

      Lack of sound business decisions from the top down. They claim the business is doing great, and we need to hire a lot of people, but then a few months later there are widespread layoffs. This happened almost annually during the length of my employment.

      Pros

      9/80 schedule, every other Friday off. 401k match is decent but long vesting period. A lot of ERGs and events for people.

      Cons

      Employee morale is not what it used to be. Cafeteria is not great, food and the prices. Career development is slow, unless you get lucky.
