Pros
The culture is on the process of evolving from a traditional 9-5 to modern aspects. The perks are pretty good. You can get involved in a lot of things just like in college.
Cons
Management varies. Some management is questionable. It’s hard to see the end goal or vision on some teams. Advancing is a slow process. The culture change taking place is happening at a super slow pace as well. Benefits aren’t great.
