During my time at Initia, I found the experience to be highly rewarding. The salary was competitive which motivated me to excel. I decided to leave the company to pursue my own business venture, but I will always appreciate the open mindedness of the management team. They created an environment that encouraged constant learning and personal growth, pushing us to explore new challenges outside our comfort zones. The creative management style fostered innovation, and the company diverse culture embraced new trends rather than adhering to outdated norms. Overall, my experience was enriching, and I am grateful for the opportunities I had to learn and grow. I learned so much and it’s helping me out in a lot of ways. I’m not successful yet, but all the cool stuff the company accomplished really inspires me. The skills I picked up there are a big help as I try to find my own way.

On the flip side, if you’re someone who doesn’t like new ideas or breaking the norms, you might struggle with how fast paced this company is. Embracing new techniques, skills and technology is key to growing a business, and that is something everyone should be open to.
