      Great people and atmosphere. Had a gym and several different work parties.

      Did not have a clear path from transition from Co-op to career besides in engineering.

      Pros

      The people I work with are amazing. Christmas shutdown.

      Cons

      Benefits are being killed. 5 sick days removed without compensation. Spouses with another job you must pay $100 more monthly for insurance. Now 5 days back in the office. No flexibility even for highest rated employees. Annual raises 50% below market average.
