      High standards and high expectations. Learn the correct way business should be done. Team work is great. Payroll, benefits and HR Team work together well- HR is respected, solid handbook and policy's. Great PTO GREAT vacation Great benefits

      Pros

      The people I work with are amazing. Christmas shutdown.

      Cons

      Benefits are being killed. 5 sick days removed without compensation. Spouses with another job you must pay $100 more monthly for insurance. Now 5 days back in the office. No flexibility even for highest rated employees. Annual raises 50% below market average.
