- Alcohol is a much easier sell than most other retail products - Room to advance if you take initiative in learning about a specific type of alcohol - Not too much pressure to make sales and store never gets too busy

- None if you understand the basics of a retail environment

Employee Discounts, sales are nice

Managers play favorites, corporate unrealistic expectations, no bonuses.
