Pros
Everyone is so kind and friendly! The culture is a little cliquey between the departments, but overall everyone gets along really well. Employees' [without dependents] benefits are covered, and the company is very generous with compensation. Incredible opportunity here at BioMed Realty.
Cons
A little old school, but catching up with the times. A significant amount of paper is used here... would love to see more technology and digital records.
