      Lack of opportunity to grow career. An environment of "who you know" for promotion and "not what you know". Expertise & performance counted for little in additional opportunity.

      - Nice environment to work in - Lots of learning opportunities and networking opportunities - Hybrid work arrangement (depending on manager) - Solid hourly pay for an intern - Possibilities to return full-time or extend internship throughout school year (depending on budget of course)
