Pros

While the company operates on an extremely lean model it gives you a chance to learn and experience various areas, normally obscure or separated from a given function.

Cons

Internal propaganda reaches level so high, that the so called leaders start to believe (look at aducanumab story) jeopardising the entire business and hundreds of jobs. Because the company is heavily understaffed you will be expected to work long hours without extra pay or ability to compensate the time later. Overwork and sacrificing private life are seen as virtues. Your career depends heavily on who’s your manager not on how great you are. Some teams have steep trajectories from intern to sr manager in 3 years, in others you will be stuck with a lower level forever despite more skills and more responsibilities. Currently company is at a terrible state, people are being fired just to satisfy excel spreadsheets, regardless of their experience and work history. What’s worse is that there’s no respect for those employees during the exit time. From this year employees can work only 10 days from abroad. Managers are very often not ready to or should never manage people. Their wrongdoings are covered by the higher management as this would be seen as their mistake.

Pros

The benefits package is strong and competitive, which adds a lot of overall value. There are many internal departments and career paths, making it relatively easy to explore new roles and grow within the company. On-site cafeteria is a convenient and appreciated perk. Many colleagues are highly experienced and have been with the company and industry for years, making them great resources for learning and mentorship.

Cons

Promotion policies can be limiting—there seems to be an informal rule that prevents employees from being promoted more than once in a year, even for high performers. Salary could be more competitive compared to market rates. Equipment and internal systems feel outdated and could benefit from modernization to improve efficiency.
