Lack of infrastructure- Basic IT infrastructure - most things seem basic and not working properly. Slow progression- you have to go through so many people to get things done which is strange for a start-up. Basic facilities. It's a start-up = people working in a 1 room office. Poor communication and familiarity between international offices Local management's lack of knowledge of beauty industry, products, trends.. Small, intimate team like a family- you have to have the right 'personality' to progress Long hours
