Pros

There are some great people who work here and they are the ones doing the actual work.

Cons

Senior leadership is not interested in actually doing whats best only what their vision of cheapest is which usually ends up not being cheaper in the long run and costing more , too short term minded. The culture across the Csuite and those around them is small minded, micromanaging , short tempered and only tolerates others who are like them. Senior leadership only will take care of their own while the leaders supporting those who are doing the work and making the revenue are left to battle for what should be provided to them. They do not invest into employees or the company systems /tools - its extremely antiquated and outdated in the ways of working. They do not pay vendors on time or In a timely manner , indication from inside leaders that business will fall hard due to lack of money in future. They have lost several large and important contracts due to how they manage things. They have a severe nepotism problem within those that are hired , they arent even shy about it when discussed. The discrimination against those who are not like Senior leaders is very blatant and they do not respect others in a professional manner. Communication is completely disregarded from the top down.

Pros

The data center work itself was interesting and there were opportunities to gain exposure to large-scale projects. Some coworkers on-site were supportive and hardworking.

Cons

Leadership and communication were extremely inconsistent. There was little structure, minimal training, and employees often felt like they were expected to figure things out on their own without proper support or mentorship. Workloads and expectations changed constantly depending on who you spoke to. The company talks about growth, but many employees are underutilized or not actually developed professionally. It often felt more reactive than organized, especially from upper management. Decisions were made with very little transparency, and morale suffered because of it. There was also a noticeable disconnect between corporate leadership and the realities of what was happening on-site. Many employees felt expendable rather than valued.
