      Pros

      ACX has great pay and access to the BLK network. There are opportunities to switch 18 months in.

      Cons

      Clients are a pain in the butt. The job has success metrics that are manipulable. My team has a lot of oversight and unfortunately that makes the culture one of micromanagement.

      Lots of client exposure Learning unique products Aladdin

      Cons

      Too much politics in the team. Nobody stays for more than 2 years. Also they like you as long as you do their job. The moment you ask for a raise or a change they immediately intentionally make your life difficult
