      Blackrock is a very well managed financial firm, with plenty of opportunities to grow. I feel it is meritocratic and the internal competition is intense.

      Can be better at work-life balance, but overall it is a great company to work for.

      Lots of client exposure Learning unique products Aladdin

      Cons

      Too much politics in the team. Nobody stays for more than 2 years. Also they like you as long as you do their job. The moment you ask for a raise or a change they immediately intentionally make your life difficult
