Pros
The Word Processing department was a tight knot department where we all shared the same goal - getting the job done and out the door according to the deadline requested. We felt like we were truly appreciated by the attorneys (not by the firm).
Cons
The Word Processing Department was outsourced. Preferential treatment as far as overtime was concernied. None of the members on the Executive Committee that made the decision to outsource, were people who used the center.
