Absolutely Zero to name, zero.

There's zero chance for advancement unless you're a minority or a women. You'll get a 2.5% bonus maybe every 2 years that doesn't keep up with inflation so it's just laughable. The pay is laughable, everyone who works here is miserable, and you'll constantly bring doing the work of two people as they don't hire enough people and are filed with so many incompetent waste of spaces that they literally create a downward chain of choas that'll impact you every day. If you are a White male just avoid the DEI fest completely and go work somewhere else. P.S: The 5 Star reviews you are seeing are fake posts from HR, Bluelinx would most likely have a 0.8 Star Rating without them.
