Pros
- Great benefits (Health, dental, vision, 401k... etc etc) - Fun culture to learn about, cool events, lots of free swag - Great place to gain experience - There are a lot of cool employees - Great office building at HQ. (Basketball court, large field, really nice gym, showers) - Fast paced work that keeps you busy.
Cons
- Underpaid for the amount of work they put you through, - Managers will lie to you, even if they are easy to get along with. - If you don't bro-culture to their bro-standards... it can be a little awkward (I tried) - No matter how much good work you put out, how good your reviews, or how much you are improving, you are expendable in the end. - No room for growth. At the most you'll go from "Job Title" to "Senior Job Title"
