Customers and most co-workers, some benefits were ok.
Cons
The lack of communication from management down. The store I was in was located in a college town, management was slack with employees by letting them get away with calling out all the time, no discipline at all. I did my job excellent, increased cafe sales all the time and was never told why I was being let go, so after a total of 12 years and 4 months of being employed by this company, I will never endorse this company again.
