Pros
They truly care about their employees. At the height of COVID, the leadership of the company made the hard decision to reduce pay for themselves and salaried employees to limit layoffs. To my knowledge, they didn't have any major layoffs due to the pandemic! They are transparent and generous with benefits.
Cons
Depending on the team you're on there may be little to no opportunities for vertical growth.
