      Overall the employees are smart and you feel you are working with good set of engineers Good compensation which includes equity

      Cons

      Big company with a small company attitude Everything should have been done yesterday and willing to work crazy to do it soon w/o knowing how it fits in bigger picture You won't know where you are heading - you would know company's direction but won't know where your group is heading
