Pros
BuildASign is great place to start for someone that's looking for a taste of working in a warehouse environment or in manufacturing. Decent place to get your feet wet and get exposed to the industry. There's a semblance of company culture for those that appreciate that.
Cons
Upward mobility, while available, isn't a realistic goal as positions are limited. Wages are also not very competitive.
