Pros

The discount and clothes are nice for the most part. Other than that I see no pros in that place.

Cons

I was hired as a supervisor however I was only given 2 days to work per week and was never trained for the job, I was basically a cashier. There is no communication, you call for your schedule the phone continuously rings or you get transferred around to everyone but who you are calling for. There is also what is called a point system under 90 days if you do a no call no show you automatically get the 4 points and will be terminated. I called in spoke with the STORE MANAGER to let her know I wouldn't be able to make it in for that shift. The next day I called for my schedule for the following week and was told I was not on the schedule because I did a "no call no show" and "quit" without anyone doing a follow up to find out if that was the case. The supervisor said he would get back to me about my schedule, never did and went on vacation.

Pros

Love the energy, celebration, and appreciation of what’s been accomplished and what’s ahead of us all! It’s not only about our success today, but also the success that’s ahead! It feels good to work for a growing company. Let’s OWN IT! Fantastic breakfasts and location was super!!

Cons

Better celebration dinner main dish would have been nice.

Pros

The discounts are great! If one of the good managers/team leads is working, I'll be able to get an extra smoke break or maybe even two. Otherwise, it's not happening. They've been very, very flexible with everyone's hours! Much better than anywhere else I've worked! I really appreciate that the majority of the staff haven't been racist, discriminating, judgemental, etc. They've given work opportunities to all types of people (they're not picky on one's race, disability, age, looks, etc). 👍 They really do seem to be an equal-opportunity employer.

Cons

There has been lots and lots of theft because they have absolutely no security other than their products' tags. Almost rarely do we see a janitor or the manager. It's been very hard to get used to coworkers because they're constantly going through staff! It's not just me that's been bothered by it. Plus, SO many staff, including myself, have always whined and complained about our lack of hours, but the full-time staff get overtime?! Yeah, the amount of hours absolutely sucks when it's not a big "shopping" time! Your best luck for getting your wanted hours is only around Christmas and back-to-school. 🙄
