Pros
Great team, however with the state of digital media these days, not much room to advance or grow. They would probably prefer to pay you less than more. It's a lot of fun work and the team I was in, they were fantastic.
Cons
General feeling of stability in digital media is scarce these days. Not really the company's fault just the status quo. However, you will feel that here. A lot of contract jobs, no guarantees for the future.
