- Metas irreais - Microgerenciamento. - Salários abaixo da média de mercado. - Necessidade de participar de atividades noturnas recorrentemente, ao menos 3x por semana. - Em geral funcionários precisam trabalhar mais de 10 horas por dia. - VR é 200,00, não há VA - Baixo foco em estratégia, especialmente se não é de um nível hierarquica bem alto. - Espaço pequeno para mudar e melhorar processos, preferem que tudo seja um copy and paste de process que já são feitos em outros mercados, especialmente o asiático, resultando em um trabalho mais focado em operacional e tático.
