Very interesting, cutting edge work. Singapore legal colleagues are generally great, so it feels like working with friends. Pay is decent (although in recent times they are trying to compensate more with RSUs)
Cons
Very little room for advancement. High expectations on the volume of work each person should take on. However, this is very team dependent. A lot of teams generally have good WLB
