- Monotonous monitoring of videos, lack of variation and other duties, making you feel like a machine. Just soul-destroyingly boring and a waste of your talent, time and energy.
- Working in two different shifts (8:00 - 17:00, 16:00 - 1:00)
- You have to work during weekends and holidays
- You don't always get two consecutive days off, which makes it hard to reload your energy or have something like a private life.
- Shift plans can be rearranged last minute and seem to be almost randomly organised. One week you will be working in the early shift, the next week in the late shift and so on. You can never tell. There is no basic rotation principle. Business needs have first priority, not the health of employees.
- A general lack of communication between the management and employees. Management is more concerned with numbers and productivity goals than with the actual people who do the job, which is not very motivating. You don't feel part of the flow of information.
- Tasks and responsibilities get handed out in a very random way.
- "Personal growth and development"? No one can tell at this point.
