Cons
- Most decisions are taken in China - HQ in China - Constant uncertainty due to US-China trade-war - Chinese team members tend to speak in Chinese so non-Chinese speakers can feel left out - Competitive culture so everyone is trying to prove themselves fast and step on others toes - 996 culture is rampant - You may not be able to work for US government/related companies in future since you were part of a Chinese company - Pain of a growing global company. Something I have witnessed at Uber & Airbnb
