Pros

- Company follows Byte Styles which they strictly adhere to. Politics barely run and all you increments are based on your involvement and numbers. - Facilities like free food & snacks, lots of merchandise, amazing work place, good remuneration and appraisal, maternity leave, paternity leaves - Management never micro manages and there is no favouritism. All performance and decision based on number - Number of Learning and Development Programmes - You will fell a personal level of growth in the organisation if you try - Diversity at the max. You will find a team from all states in India literally - Commendable Grit and Resilience shown by organisation during covid and ban times

Cons

- Only that sometimes the food quality is a little low in gurgaon I feel compared to other states and countries. however, it is difficult to please all taste palettes because of the diversity.
