Pros
- great tech & culture - interns get to touch prod code and handle projects that are outward-facing - fast-paced
Cons
- 996 is kinda real, at least for my team - not exactly friendly to non-chinese colleagues. the mainland counterparts are not very good in english, and sometimes meetings have to resort to be conducted in chinese.
