After 10 months working for ByteDance, I'm very happy and satisfied with the company. Good salary, amazing work environment and offer real conditions for a good work-life balance.
Cons
Company's still working to define framework for certain departments, which is acceptable since ByteDance is still very young, specially on the markets outside China.
