      Valuable experience in the Clinical research field that will help in having a better career in this field within actual CRO. No need for life sciences education. Opportunity of participating in the business trips.

      Cons

      High volume of work. Low appreciation for employees and salary absolutely not adequate to the scope of responsibilities. Small chances of growing within the company.
