CALIBRE is a truly employee owned company that allows it's employees to be an integral part of the company and to find opportunities or generate their own. The company is quick to recognize great work by the employee owners be they spot bonuses or written recognition.
Cons
No known cons to share about CALIBRE. Of course as an employee supporting contracts the employee is subject to the contract market but this is not a con for CALIBRE or any company in this line of buisness.
