good colleagues, 1 day WFH per week (if there is more WFH would be better). less micromanagement than before.
Cons
too many last minute changes or sudden changes without proper information. people from control tower team has lack of situation awareness and lack of common sense. takes very long to response and yet very impatient when it comes to getting response from us.
