The pay is not commensurate to what you are asked to do. My interview and job description was vastly different from what I was actually responsible, Lower level leadership did not do a good job in on-boarding process--very unorganized.Not much room for advancement

They will keep you on temp permanently. They had me in the heaviest job there, rear-axle, for six months and the new supervisor refused to hire me in despite me hitting, and exceeding my numbers everyday. My Mom passed away, and I was threatened with termination if I attended the funeral. -poor management -poor work atmosphere -Kaizan system designed against employees.
