      Pay, 5 days working, global company.

      Cons

      No growth, No professionalism, Highly Unethical Senior Management, Dirty Politics, micro management, some directors who sit in mumbai corporate office are good for nothing they have nothing to do apart from doing micro management creating friction among other managers. Ceva India work culture is worse than Hell.
