Pros

The benefits are about the only good thing if you can handle everything else.

Cons

Its all about the "numbers" and never the employees. Raises are 5 cents a year after working extremely hard. They only notice your "sales numbers" and not the back office or investigation work put in. They cut hours down because our "transaction count" is low. However they don't factor how many clients walk out because of the wait for one teller. A "transaction" may be a wire payment or changing a bank card that could take up to 15 mins per client. Extended hours but they keep cutting staff. Very stressful . They don't support people who have families and kids. This job is best suited for single people who only are interested in sales. Pay is horrible for the effort and work involved. Bonuses are a joke. Why even bother. Cheap company. .if we want a lunch brought in or have an event together you have to pay your own way. Pretty much everything.
