Pros

• work from home • decent pay • good benefits • paid time off/vacation

Cons

Even after training, you really have to learn on the job, which can be very stressful as you're gonna end up having to deal with many situations that weren't in training. Management can really suck also. Out of the various managers I had, I only had 1 that I liked. The rest were incompetent, and my last manager was so God damn awful and rude that he was one of the main reasons as to why I quit. Even after working almost 2 years there, I would still get anxiety before starting my shifts. Thus to some it up; • training doesn't prepare you • management is terrible • some clients are relentless and will say the rudest/nastiest things to you, and it'll ruin your whole day, no matter how many good interactions you have • nonstop phone calls as it's usually super busy, which was always mentally draining

Pros

The NY location is close to Grand Central Station

Cons

Slow Canadian culture that finds it challenging to meet US regulatory standards. Executives play favorites and gaslight employees, if you voice your opinion, they either silence you or try to manage you out with exaggerated "performance issues"
