Pros
The CIBC culture. They have a warm culture; once you experience it, there is no going back. This has been a result of great leaders throughout the organization. The organization embraces Inclusion and Diversity. They also train you well, supporting the community and the organization. That has resulted in higher Ethical and Compliance Standards.
Cons
Not much, except little less salary. Though considering the benefits they give you, this is actually a better overall compensation.
