      Pros

      - great staff and comrades - free lunches & snacks -opportunities to work OT -great place to get your foot in the door in healthcare -you get to learn so much from clinically to administration -4 day work week

      Cons

      -short breaks and long shifts -constantly being sent over to different sites in bad areas -Management from other sites can be super shady and micromanage -Some doctors can be ignorant and mean & will literally have you do all the work

      Hands-on experience with EMR systems and patient documentation. Strong patient-facing experience with diverse cases and populations. Exposure to working with multiple providers and medical specialties. Fast-paced environment that builds adaptability and multitasking skills.

      Cons

      Pay may feel lower compared to the intensity and volume of work- but unfortunately is typical for premed/prehealth professionals.
