This place LOVES "crutches." AKA staff that are given manager responsibilities without manager pay. Meaning you will still be short staffed and milked dry as an actual manager. Upper management responsibilities WILL be dumped on you. Upper management does not step foot in the office unless someone is getting a write up. Usually it's for you for not completing their work.
