      Pros

      The employees are the best part of CSC, you will find smart, hard working and very cooperative employees. People will always lend a hand and go out of their way to lend assistance.

      Cons

      Management. There really is no leadership so one can't call it that so management will have to do. There is no clear strategy except one, reduce headcount. Revenues are shrinking and the only way margins are even decent is massive cuts to expenses which have gone too far and destroyed the companies ability to sell and deliver

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
