    Not enough Staff , Poor Lunch breaks of distance of food travel

    Listen to what will make the employees happy and offer raises to personnel whos been with the company more than 1 year

    Good people, being able to help people, Benefits are ok.

    Cons

    No raises of any kind for anyone, in order to get a raise you have to quit and reapply, company seems to keep splitting or merging creating an uncertain environment.

    When you have a team that works don't mess with it.

    None I can think of unless you like to pay maximum for your health benefits . Pay is good

    Managers degrade the employees; want you to work as a rebot not as a human; unhealthy environment

    Pros

    Used to be a company that you could take pride in everyday you worked. There are no pros anymore.

    Cons

    Mikey as CEO and his flying monkees.

    Advice to Management

    Keep laying off your senoir employees to reduce cost and increase that bottom line. Your competition wants the talent that is leaving in droves by rif or choice.

    Opportunity to work remotely on occasion.

    Heavy executive and staff turnover. Downsizing focus. Benefits reduced with higher employee contribution. Poor company culture.

    Executive Management at any large company isn’t interested in feedback from staff.

    Have to open a ticket and wait a few days just to talk to HR
