I worked at CSC full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Remote work from home. Flexible scheduling for work/life balancel - Fridays off and worked 32hr weeks. Independent work ethic encouraged.

    Cons

Worked from them for 10 years in a support role. Was a good place to work until CEO Mike Lawrie took over. Then for 3 years went through many org restructures until my department of managers was offshored. Raises and promotions are very hard to get and are not given even with increased responsibility. Lack of morale

    Advice to Management

Find other ways to manage costs then to cut your experienced staff which causes delivery failures and fatigue in remaining folks picking up the work load.
