    Wonderful facility Great hardware/software. Great teammates.

    Cons

    Worked on a high visibility,high value account. Mgmt would bend over backward, causing undue stress on employees.

    Stand up for your self, don't let the acct bully you into bullying your #1 asset (your people)

    More like a body shopping company, they will put you on projects..you will never know, who your real manager is?

    Pros

    Salary fairly competitive for area if you hired when a contract is new.

    Cons

    No raises for staff on commercial contracts for numerous years even though profits were reported to Wall-Street and executives doubled their salaries.
    Unethical with work practices and demands. No work life balance.

    I would equate working for this company to a sweat shop environment. The smart ones came in, received tuition assistance for their graduate degree and got out.

    Advice to Management

    The commercial sector merged with HP Enterprise to form DXC. I would say if you want to excel in the technology service sector relying only on dollar per man hour is not the best way to make all your decisions.

    I have seen an enormous "brain-drain" prior and after your merger. Not retaining and compensating key people in technology is making you a slow to adapt and over-priced in many service offerings.

    Within my professional circles, DXC is viewed as mismanaged and fairly incompetent. I am aware of at least one of their clients actively looking to end their support contract with DXC.

    Pros

    The company paid on time.

    Cons

    You're leveraged to work several accounts. Long hours on salary during on-call rotation. Sometimes I worked 16 hour days. You're asked to work several P1 or P2 incidents at once. This was such a common practice that the team adopted a name called (doubling) incidents. This sacrificed service tremendously to the client. No bonuses. I worked there 7 years and only the company only gave 3 raises during my tenure which were only 2% which is below inflation.
