Cons
No performance review or formal feedback, so you never know how you are performing until you are not doing well. Lack onboarding training program. You are expected to catch on and figure it out yourself. Not a lot of opportunity for growth if you are not in operations. They give about 1-2.5% raises annually no matter how well you're performing
